Convenient location with spacious foyer and good bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room. Enjoyable spa and sauna facilities. Quiet room with great windows. The hotel's location in the centre of this city is fantastic, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy all that it has to offer. We were able to easily reach the capitol square and other popular attractions, thanks to its convenient proximity to transport links. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was really good.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city with so many restaurants and shops around. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The windows were soundproofed, so we couldn't hear any noise from the street below, allowing us to fully relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary water in the minibar, a nice touch!
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The location, service, and comfort exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time staying at this hotel right in the centre of the city. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants right at our doorstep. Our room was modernly decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast, although not the best quality, had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the free minibar with refreshing drinks and snacks.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as there was no alternative drop-off area and we had to park at a nearby underground parking lot for a high price.

We were really surprised by the fantastic location of Novotel in Toulouse. Being just a minute away from Place du Capitole and a short walk to the cathedral, we were in the heart of all the action. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, with stylish rooms that were comfortable and equipped with a kettle for our morning brew. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The added bonus of having a spa, sauna, steam room, and gym made our stay more fun. we would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and facilities.
